BBC & YouTube alum lands at Condé Nast Entertainment
Former BBC and YouTube exec Victoria Jaye is joining Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE) to oversee its video offering.
Jaye becomes VP of digital video programming & development for Europe, reporting into CNE’s Ezzie Chidi-Ofong, SVP of digital video.
In the newly created role, Jaye will work on local-language content video content around Condé Nast’s brands and drive growth of its digital video business across Europe.
Jaye joins CNE from whynow, a media start-up founded by Gabriel Jagger in 2019, which offers content around British arts, music and culture talent.
Previously, she was a creative executive at YouTube originals in Europe and the UK, and was also the editorial director at the UK version of BritBox, which has now been subsumed into ITVX. Prior to that she worked at the BBC on its iPlayer streamer.
