Netflix cancels comedy duo, including Neil Patrick Harris’s ‘Uncoupled’
Netflix has axed two of its comedies, with Neil Patrick Harris series Uncoupled among those getting the chop.
The show was created by Emily In Paris creator Darren Star and Jeffrey Richman, with MTV Entertainment Studios producing.
It starred former How I Met Your Mother star Harris as a real estate broker who restarted his life after his long-standing boyfriend left him.
Hamish Steele’s animated show Dead End: Paranormal Park has also been cancelled, following the debut of its second season in November.
Steele said he had wanted to “give these characters the proper ending they deserve,” adding that a writers room had been created for a third season of the show. “But sadly, the powers that be don’t want any more,” he added.
