Federation hires Little Dot to manage YouTube presence

Kids content distributor Federation Kids & Family has appointed Little Dot Studios to manage the digital presence of their premium kids content on YouTube platforms.

Little Dot is a distributor of premium TV content on YouTube and will be tasked with setting up YouTube channels for Federation’s studio Cottonwood Media and its top tier programming.

The companies will work together to develop a bespoke, online digital strategy for each individual show, to both help raise awareness of the titles and support regional broadcasters and local platforms.

Little Dot will be in charge of regularly uploading new content, creating compilations and targeted playlists, optimising and scheduling all content, and working closely with YouTube Kids to maximise cross-promotion opportunities.

The agreement will kick off with Cottonwood’s flagship shows, including: The Ollie & Moon Show, Squish (pictured) and tween dramas Find me in Paris and Love Divina.
