A+E to launch channels on TalkTalk
A+E Networks UK is set to launch its full channel portfolio on TalkTalk’s TV service, after striking a deal with the UK operator.
A+E’s History, Crime + Investigation, Lifetime and H2 channel brands will be available through TalkTalk’s IPTV service from August 28.
American Pickers (pictured) network History and Crime + Investigation will be available onTalkTalk’s Entertainment Extra Boost package while Lifetime and H2 will be available on both the Entertainment and Entertainment Extra Boost packages – though all TalkTalk TV customers will be able to view the channels free of charge during their opening weekend on the platform.
The A+E channel portfolio will also be available on TalkTalk’s catch-up service soon after the launch of the linear channels, with on-demand access due to follow later in 2014.
