News brief: SBS6 continues to see Danni Lowinski

Dutch commercial broadcaster SBS6 has ordered a third season of its remake of German scripted hit Danni Lowinski.

Talpa Fictie, the scripted arm of SBS6 shareholder Talpa Media, has secured the rights to the dramedy, which follows a lawyer and former hairdresser with an unusual business plan.

Besides the Netherlands, the format has been remade in Belgium for pubcaster VTM and in central and eastern Europe in Russia and Ukraine.
