Brazilian channel goes Back to the Date
Brazil’s Rede Record has licensed a local version of Armoza Formats’ factual entertainment show Back to the Date.
Rede is already preparing three other Armoza formats, I Can Do That!, which launches in April, ambush game show Special Delivery and reality dating show Nobody’s Perfect.
Back to the Date, which Michael Yanai developed, sees ordinary couples relive their happiest time together aided by a team of experts who aim to help them restore their relationship to that point. It will launch on the Brazilian channel later this year.
“Back to the Date is a feel-good format that gives couples a second chance to fall in love,” said Armoza CEO Avi Armoza. “It is not about quick fixes or new fads, but understanding that sometimes life gets in the way of the spark you used to have with your partner.”
