News brief: Chello Central Europe welcomes Vic the Viking

Chello Central Europe has picked up basic pay TV to 78 episodes of animated kids content from Studio 100 Mediao.

The deal comprises the 39x22mins Heidi and Vic the Viking. Chello will launch them on its Minimax kids channel in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia, with Vic going out this year and Heidi following in 2015.
