Format deals for The Ultimate Entertainer

Nordic World’s shiny floor format The Ultimate Entertainer will be remade in Georgia and Armenia having successfully been reversioned for the Russian market.

The show was created by Monster Formats, part of the Nice Group, and was originally made for NRK in Norway. Local versions will now be made by GPB in Georgia and Armenia 1. In Russia the show goes out on Channel One.

In the show, established music acts battle for the ‘Ultimate Entertainer’ title, competing in a variety of disciplines outside of their speciality area.

In Asia, Endemol has licensed the hit Norwegian show to HTV Vietnam and is currently in late-stage format negotiations with an as-yet unnamed Chinese broadcaster.
