Non-exec role for Steve Morrison at All3Media
All3Media founder Steve Morrison is taking a new role UK-based production and distribution group.
The company, which is owned by private equity business Permira, said yesterday that Morrison will move from executive chairman to non-executive chairman. He was replaced by Ramzan Golant last autumn as CEO and All3Media said the move non-exec director completes that succession management process.
Morrison said: “It’s also an appropriate moment for me to become non-executive chairman. Since arriving in November, Farah has established her presence and leads a very strong senior management team.”
Permira had unsuccessfully tried to sell All3Media, which is now focused on increasing sales in the US market, under the leadership of Stephen Lambert.
Carl Parker, partner at Permira, said: “We are very grateful for Steve’s successful leadership of All3Media over the years. It is his vision which transformed All3Media into the UK’s leading independent TV production company that it is today.”
