Castle team coming to Cannes with Studiocanal
Castle creator Andrew W. Marlowe and executive producer Terri Edda Miller (pictured) are heading to the Croisette to market their new detective series.
The pair will be in town with distributor Studiocanal, whose subsidiary, Tandem Productions, is coproducing new series Take Two.
Marlowe and Miller are behind Castle, the ABC crime drama that has run to eight seasons to date. They are coproducing “witty” drama Take Two with Tandem under their MilMar Pictures banner.
Take Two follows an LA private investigator who, in a bid to drum up new business, hires a former hit cop show star who’s fresh out of rehab.
Marlowe’s credits include sci-fi thriller Hollow Man and Harrison Ford vehicle Air Force One, while his wife, Miller, scripted many of the Castle episodes and has also written and directed on film such as DysEnchanted and My Femme Lady.
They formed MilMar in 2013.
