CJ ENM-owned Fifth Season (fka Endeavor Content) is rejigging its TV businesses with three promotions.

Fraser becomes president of TV distribution and will continue to oversee strategy, operations and partnerships across scripted and unscripted, with additional responsibility for both marketing and international TV productions, including having P&L oversight of the strategic investments on the production side internationally.

Hipps, who is now president of TV development & production, retains oversight of the company’s creative team, which includes the upcoming Chief Of War starring Jason Momoa and Lady In The Lake, starring Natalie Portman for Apple TV+.

Sharp, whose formal title is now president of production & current, continues to oversee TV series and features.

Chris Rice and Graham Taylor, co-CEO’s at Fifth Season, said: “Joe, Prentiss and Todd lead the TV studio with such care and passion for stories and storytelling. It’s a blast to build Fifth Season with friends that are incredible human beings as well as the best execs in their field.”

Fifth Season rebranded from Endeavor Content in September, following South Korea’s CJ ENM $1bn deal to acquire the company struck last year.
