Priscilla Parish steps down as BBC Studios Productions head of drama
BBC Studios Productions head of drama, Priscilla Parish, is stepping down from the company.
Former Bodyguard producer Parish joined the organisation in 2019 and reported to BBCS Productions CEO Ralph Lee, with a remit across the creative strategy and development for drama series and serials, daytime drama and factual drama.
Mark Linsey, president of scripted at BBCS Productions, said: “We want to thank Priscilla for all her work and wish her all the best for the future.”
TBI understands her replacement will be named imminently.
Paris had previously worked at ITV Studios-owned World Productions, where she was executive producer and head of development, executive producing Line Of Duty and co-producing Bodyguard.
Prior to that, she had stints at production companies including Left Bank Pictures, Fremantle and Comedy Central and held development producer roles at Big Tree Productions and Working Title TV.
During that spell, Paris developed Margaret Atwood’s The Robber Bride and Diverted, written by Tony Marchant. US trade Deadline broke news of her exit.
