Silverlining Rights sales
Following deals struck by Silverlining Rights, Spun Gold TV’s World’s Most Luxurious Island (4 x 60-minutes) has been pre-sold to DPG Belgium, while Strident Media’s Deck the Halls: The Luxury Christmas Decorators (1 x 60-minutes) has been sold to TV4 in Sweden, RTL in the Netherlands and TVP in Poland.
Highclere (5 x 60-minutes) has sold to SBS in Australia, VPRO in the Netherlands and TV2 in Denmark, while Last Eden: Guyana (1 x 60-minutes) has been bought by ARTE for its French and German channels.
Cineflix Rights deals
SVT in Sweden, YLE in Finland, TV2 in Denmark, NRK in Norway, and Acorn TV in the Nordics have bought season two of Buccaneer Media’s crime series Whitstable Pearl (6 x 45-minutes), following deals with Cineflix Rights.
Viaplay Nordics has meanwhile acquired seasons one and two (20 x 45-minutes) of Yoav Gross productions’ Israeli police corruption thriller Manayek, while Viaplay Nordics has also bought Rebecca (8 x 60-minutes).
HBO Max in the Nordics has bought Icelandic political drama The Minister, while Cineflix Rights has also sold all four seasons of supernatural cult hit Wynonna to C More across the Nordics, and season four of crime procedural series Coroner to Sýn hf Iceland.
Wag strikes deal
Sky History (UK) and NTV (Germany) have struck pre-sale deals for upcoming series Evidence of the Unexplained with Wag Entertainment.
Season eight of What on Earth has meanwhile been sold to NTV Germany, Blue Ant (English Speaking Canada), Mediaset (Italy), and Discovery (Iberia) and Telewizja Polsat (Poland), while season six of Strange Evidence has been sold to Blue Ant (English Speaking Canada, and NTV (Germany).
GRB Studios sales
GRB Studios has struck deals with Nippon TV (Japan) for When Fish Attack II ; Discovery UK (UK and Ireland) for Death Walker featuring Nick Groff, season three; AMC Iberia (Spain, Portugal) for Auction Kings, season three and OSN (MENA) for two factual series – Down to Earth with Zac Efron and Lens of Culture.
SIC (Portugal) takes five titles: Down to Earth with Zac Efron, Pregnant & Dating, Remembering Whitney,. Bobbi Kristina and Cinderella Bride, while My Channel (Africa, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique) has taken Untold Stories, Seasons 2-8 and AETN UK (UK/Ireland) has acquired On the Case, seasons 11A & 11B.
