Warner Bros. TV extends overall pact with Kaley Cuoco

Flight Attendant

Warner Bros. Television Group (WBTVG) has extended its deal with The Flight Attendant star Kaley Cuoco and her banner Yes, Norman Productions.

The exclusive, multiyear pact will see Cuoco and her prodco, which is led by EVP Suzanne McCormack, continue to develop new original programming for all platforms including WarnerMedia’s streamer HBO Max.

The deal marks the third overall agreement between the star of the Big Bang Theory and Warner Bros., which produced the sitcom. Cuoco launched Yes, Norman Productions and signed her first WBTVG deal to develop new original programming in 2017, extending the pact two years later.

Through her Warner Bros. deal, Cuoco developed, executive produced, and starred in HBO Max’s most-watched series The Flight Attendant, which debuted last year in the US and aired on Sky in the UK. It has since been renewed for a second season.

She is also working with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television on an adaption of A.E. Hotchner’s Doris Day: Her Own Story, while Yes, Norman recently acquired rights to Katie Russell Newland’s A Season With Mom. The book tracks a woman’s rip to all thirty Major League Baseball parks in one season, while sharing memories and reflections of her baseball-loving mother, who died of cancer.
