Five execs upped at Silverman’s Electus
The distribution arm of Ben Silverman’s IAC-backed content company Electus has promoted five of its execs.
Following the changes, Cyrus Farrokh becomes senior VP and head of sales, and will oversee France, Italy, Scandinavia and Asia-Pac. He was promoted to a VP position in September 2013.
Max Richards has been elevated to manager, sales and acquisitions, covering CEE, the Middle East and Africa.
With sales responsibility for Lat-Am, Spain, Portugal and Israel, Paulette Bensussen takes the head of Latin America distribution and production.
Covering sales in the Middle East, Nick Wang has been upped to director. Brad Jorgensen has been promoted to senior VP and head of worldwide operations.
The changes come ahead of MIPTV.
Electus will launch new shows at the market including TBS gameshow and format Separation Anxiety, GSN gameshow Winsanity and several specials featuring magician and performer David Blaine.
