News brief: ITV reveals Secrets from the Sky

UK broadcaster ITV has commissioned a 6x30mins factual series from its affiliated prodco Shiver.

Secrets from the Sky will follow historian Bettany Hughes and aerial archaeologist Ben Robinson as they piece together historical mysteries using an octocopter, which is a high-tech remote-controlled helicopter.

Producer Shiver is part of ITV Studios UK, which is the British arm of ITV Studios, ITV’s production unit.

Jeremy Philips executive produces, with Michael Douglas producing. ITV’s director of factual Richard Klein and commissioning editor, factual ordered the show.
