News brief: Braquo gets new homes, third season pick-ups

All three seasons of French drama Braquo have sold to broadcasters K+ in Vietnam, Croatia’s HRT and Viasat in Bulgaria.

The first two have shopped to pan-regional Latin American channel DirecTV (excluding Brazil and Mexico), and the third season has sold to previous buyers Foxtel in Australia, Fox in the UK, Globosat in Brazil, Hot in Israel and Rialto in New Zealand.

Distributor Zodiak Rights has sold the show, which is about a squad of Paris cops who operate on the fringes of the law, to more than 90 territories overall.
