News brief: Echo Bridge picks up Burt Reynolds film

US-based distributor Echo Bridge Entertainment has acquired a pair of films – one of which is a Burt Reynolds-starring family film.

The films are Hamlet & Hutch, which stars Reynolds as a former Broadway star who helps his great-granddaughter keep a community theatre open, and crime thriller Sunken City.
