News brief: Scorpion TV releases Infiltrators at MIPCOM

Boutique UK sales house Scorpion TV is launching a 52-minute film about the daily travels of Palestinians navigating their ways through, over and around Israeli barriers at the West Bank.

Infiltrators comes from filmmaker Khaled Jarrar and uses raw observational footage to reveal at how people attempt to cross the borders that separate Israel from the surrounding Palestinian territories.

The doc won prizes at the 2013 Dubai International Film Festival and the Malmo Arab Film Festival.

Former Zodiak International head of sales David Cornwall owns and operates London-based Scorpion, which has a catalogue of docs and current affairs shows, much of which highlights unique cultural phenomena.
