Hotel Inspector visits global broadcasters

Broadcasters in Europe, Australia and Asia have acquired The Hotel Inspector, the factual entertainment series from UK indie Twofour.

Sky Italia has acquired seasons eight and nine, while Fox International Channels Spain has bought seasons 4-7 and will broadcast them on travel-themed channel Canal Viajar.

SBS in the Netherlands has bought season 6-7, while MTG-owned Viasat Broadcasting has gone for seasons 5-9 for its Norwegian channels and 1-0 for Sweden.

In Australia, Foxtel has bought season 10, while in Phoenix Satellite Television has acquired seasons five and seven for Hong Kong, Macau and China. BBC Worldwide in China has acquired seasons 8-9.

Twofour’s sales arm Twofour Rights secured the deals.

Last week, Twofour revealed Hotel Inspector star Alex Polizzi would be in Cannes to promote the show.
