UK broadcasters seek Help!, Trauma Doctors
UK pubcaster the BBC and commercial net Channel 5 have both ordered new shows from Cineflix Productions.
BBC One has commissioned 1x60mins factual feature Help! My House is a Zoo (WT), while Channel 5 has placed an order for a second season of Trauma Doctors, which will have an extended 6x60mins run.
Help! My House is a Zoo follows animal addicts at crisis point, as they attempt the number of pets they own and regain control of their lives.
Sue Davidson executive produces, along with the BBC’s commissioning editor, factual features and formats Tanya Shaw, who said: “Help! My House is a Zoo will show just how easily a love of animals can develop in to something unmanageable that takes over your life and provide expert advice on how you can avoid falling into this trap.”
Traua Doctors follows the ‘detective’ medics, whose gather evidence to make split-second life-or-death decision.
