A+E preps Lifetime and H2 launch in Asia and ups trio of execs
AETN All Asia Networks is about to launch the Lifetime and H2 channels in Asia. The company has upped a trio of its senior managers ahead of the roll outs.
AETN All Asia Networks is a channels joint venture between A+E Networks and Malaysian pay TV operator Astro and operates the History, Bio and and Crime & Investigation channels across South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
It said it will be launching History sister channel H2 and female-skewing service Lifetime in the region. TBI was the first to report that A+E was prepping international launches of H2 and its bow in Asia will be the first launch outside of North America.
As it prepares the launches, it has upped Joyce Lim to director, program scheduling, Chris Humphrey to director, production and Lachlan Madsen to head of on-air creative.
