Tricky Business and Cracked head Beta Film slate
Beta Film will launch Canadian cop series Cracked at MIPCOM.
The German distributor has international rights to the series, which is produced by White Pine Pictures (The Border) for Canadian public broadcaster CBC.
Its other MIPCOM launches include Tricky Business, an Australian produced by Banijay-owned Screentime for free-to-air broadcaster Nine Network. The show follows a family that run a debt collection business.
A third drama, 30 Degrees in February, will roll out internationally in Cannes. The show, from Fundament Film for free-to-air broadcaster SVT, follows a group of people leaving the rat race and building new lives in Thailand.
