Sony sells Stand Out From The Crowd

A raft of international broadcasters across Europe and Latin America are to produce local versions of Sony Pictures Television’s gameshow format Stand Out From The Crowd.

The format will be produced for City TV in Colombia, Sky Italia in Italy,  Lietuvos Rytas TV in Lithuania, Prime TV in Moldova, RTP1 in Portugal and ATV in Turkey.

The distributor has also sold options for the series in Australia, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The show, which was originally created by Gogglebox Entertainment, is a flash mob format that sees members of the public unexpectedly participating in a live game show.
