Endemol acquires Dutch producer Human Factor

Endemol Netherlands, the Dutch arm of the formats producer and distributor, has acquired a stake in local indie producer Human Factor TV.

The formats house, which is run by general manager Peter Adrichem, has bought a minority share in the producer, which produces a raft of comedy and factual entertainment series.

Endemol will distribute Human Factor formats internationally, while Human Factor will also have access to Endemol’s library of formats to produce local versions in the Netherlands.

Human Factor series including Gullit, docu-series that airs on RTL that follows the famous footballer as he interviews his celebrity friends including Nelson Mandela and Boris Becker, Fun Squad, a kids hidden camera series and school-based reality series Because I Am A Girl.
