Optomen serves up sales for Chef Ramsay

Optomen International has cut several international deals for two of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s shows. The UK distributor has sold Gordon Ramsay’s F Word and new Ramsay series Gordon’s Great Escape to broadcasters in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Hungary and New Zealand.

One Potato Two Potato-produced series Gordon’s Great Escape follows the chef as he travels around India. It will air on Channel 4 in the UK next year and has been picked up by Canwest in Canada, SBS Belgium and TVNZ in New Zealand.

Each of the broadcasters has also bought the fifth season of Gordon Ramsay’s F Word.

Additionally Globosat in Brazil, Viasat Hungary and Nine Network in Australia have sealed deals for Gordon’s Great Escape.
