Fox orders two more seasons of Hell’s Kitchen
US network Fox has ordered two more seasons of reality series Hell’s Kitchen. The show is made by ITV Studios, the production and distribution arm of UK broadcaster ITV, and the two-season pick up will take its US run to eight seasons.
Season six is currently airing on Fox in a Tuesday 8pm slot. The show stars volatile British chef Gordon Ramsay.
Fox’s reality chief Mike Darnell said: “Gordon Ramsay is one of the most sought-after culinary experts in the world and one of the most compelling personalities on television today. We’re really excited to welcome Gordon back for another two seasons of Hell’s Kitchen.”
ITV Studios, formerly Granada America, produces the show with US producer A Smith & co.
Fox also said it would air a one-hour Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live in mid December.
Meanwhile, Darnell said that Reveille format Moment of Truth is not being renewed.
