BBC Worldwide redesigns Knowledge and Lifestyle in Asia
BBC Global Channels, the international network arm of the BBCâs commercial division BBC Worldwide, has commissioned UK branding agency English & Pockett to design idents and interstitials for its recently launched channels. BBC Knowledge, which offers factual and non-fiction entertainment, and BBC Lifestyle, which has programming about food, home, design, fashion and health, both launched in Asia in July.
English & Pockett was tasked with designing a series of epic scenarios, which were shot in Cambodia, Hong Kong and Northern Ireland, designed to reflect deeper meanings for Knowledge and a provide a set of colourful shots for Lifestyle.
Rob Machin was the creative director on the project, which was commissioned by Garry Sinclair, vice president of creative at BBC Global Channels.
