France Télévisions plants Lilybuds

France Télévisions has commissioned Zodiak Kids Studios to create 52x11mins animated preschool series Lilybuds.
Zodiak’s Eryk Casemiro developed the property, which features a playful community of tiny magical gardeners that care for nearby animals.
Casemiro will executive produce the 3D CGI series for France’s pubcaster, while an online world is being created in conjunction. A “leading” French studio has been tapped to prodice the TV animation.
Zodiak Kids, which next week becomes part of the merged Banijay-Zodiak Media group, has international distribution and licensing rights.
