News brief: Shine’s Princess completes senior restructure

Shine Group-owned UK producer Princess Productions has named Emma Hardy and Conor Baily as co-managing directors on a permanent basis.

The pair have held the roles on an interim basis since former CEO Henrietta Conrad stepped back in December 2013.

In further changes, Will Spokes, who was most recently creative director at indie Tuesday’s Child, has joined the producer has joint head of programmes alongside Anna Blue, who is promoted from head of entertainment.
