News brief: b’casters buy Calimero reboot

Gaumont Animation has shopped its rebooted Calimero animated series to a raft of international broadcasters.

Discovery Kids has bought it for its service in Latin America as has Tiji in Russia, RTBF and Ketnet in Belgium, Hop in Israel and RTV in Slovenia.

In France, the Gaumont-produced and distributed series is for TF1’s Tfou.
