A&E greenlights lifestyle show ‘New House No Debt’ from Critical Content
A&E in the US has ordered New House No Debt, a new lifestyle series from Jenny Daly’s Critical Content.
The series, which will run on A&E’s daytime lifestyle block Home.Made.Nation., follows the personal and emotional journeys of homeowners from across the US. who are seeking to sell their properties at a high and purchase a new home completely mortgage-free.
In each episode, a new duo of home buyers visits multiple – and sometimes wildly different – areas across the country to compare not just real estate, but the locations themselves.
New House No Debt is executive produced by Jenny Daly, Dean Ollins, and Jon Byer for Critical Content and Teri Kennedy and Jordan Harman for Home.Made.Nation.
It is Critical Content’s latest lifestyle production, following the Netflix series Instant Dream Home, Buy My House and World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals.
The Home.Made.Nation. block on A&E also features shows such as 48 Hours To Buy, Property Virgins, Rachel Ray’s Meals in Minutes, Zombie House Flipping and the recently announced Find My Country Home from Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine.
Earlier this month, Critical Content struck a first-look production deal with ITV Studios France, as well as a first-look distribution pact with Be-Entertainment in Belgium for formats landing on its DPG Media Channels.
