AI firm Deep Fusion preps James Hunt doc
UK-based Deep Fusion Films is to produce a feature doc about legendary British racing driver James Hunt, whose seven-year Formula One career peaked when he clinched the 1976 World Championship at the final race in one of the sport’s most dramatic seasons.
Deep Fusion has entered into an exclusive creative partnership with the James Hunt Estate on the production of Hunt: We Need to Talk About James, a 1 x 90-minute film that aims to offer “an unprecedentedly intimate look” at the life and legacy of the driver.
Freddie Hunt, James Hunt’s son, said: “This documentary is a chance to share the true story of my father, the man behind the celebrity.
“It’s about understanding him more than judging; about celebrating the depth beyond the fast cars and flashy lifestyle. We are extremely excited to partner with Deep Fusion Films to show the world a side of my dad that few have seen.”
