Former Jax Media president Brooke Posch has launched Good&Done, a new production company focused on comedy projects and amplifying undiscovered voices.

She has also hired former Broadway Video and Universal TV executive Hannah Kitziger as head of development at the nascent firm.

Posch is known for her work as an exec producer on shows such as Comedy Central’s Broad City, Hulu’s Difficult People and Channel 4’s Everyone Else Burns. She also helped to develop Russian Doll for Netflix and Inside Amy Schumer for Comedy Central.

Posch exited Jax Media last year following its acquisition by Imagine Entertainment, having first joined the firm in 2019 as president of original programming. During her time there, she set up unscripted and movie divisions, as well as Jax UK.

Kitziger, meanwhile, most recently served as VP of film & TV at Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video. Her credits include police comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine and she also worked on titles including Flipped and Mapleworth Murders while at the now-defunct short-form streamer Quibi.

“Throughout my career I’ve experienced the incredible rewards of having developed and produced some of the most extraordinary voices in TV and film,” said Posch. “Unique perspectives are the drivers in breakthrough programming, and we’re excited to shake up the comedy landscape.”
