Cineflix Rights expands FAST in US with Real Disaster Channel on Pluto TV

Cineflix Rights has partnered with Pluto TV to launch a new free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service in the US and Canada.

Real Disaster Channel will offer shows from global hit Mayday: Air Disaster, which is now in its 24th season, alongside series including Deadly Disasters, Rogue Earth and Dangerous Flights.

Mike Gould, SVP of digital at Cineflix Rights, said: “Real Disaster Channel has already been a hit with fans of the genre across various FAST platforms, allowing them to binge on their favourite shows whenever they want.”

The Real Disaster Channel is the latest of five FAST channels launched by Cineflix Rights on various platforms over the past nine months. The distributor plans to add more channels later this year but details are under wraps.
