Netflix has pulled the plug on five shows, including apparent fan favourite Shadow And Bone.
The fantasy drama’s second season had been ranking in the streamer’s most-watched list but the series, based on Leigh Bardugo’s novels, will not be coming back for a third run.
The streamer has also axed Jordan Nardino’s comedy Glamorous after one season, alongside adult animation trio Agent Elvis, Farzar and Captain Fall.
The three shows had all only run for one season, with their cancellations coming as Netflix plots its original strategy following the end of the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes in the US.
A planned spin-off based on Six Of Crows has also been scrapped, according to US reports.
