Amazon AVOD service Freevee has picked up Canadian adult animated comedy Gary And His Demons for its US premiere.

Season one and the belated season two of the show, which was commissioned for Amazon’s SVOD Prime Video last year, will launch on Freevee in the US on 7 July.

Season two of Gary And His Demons followed the original outing that ran in 2018 and launched on Prime Video in Canada, Australia and New Zealand in February.

Produced by Look Mom! Productions, a Blue Ant Media production company, the show follows a cantankerous, aging demon-slayer who has nothing left to lose.

Gary And His Demons is executive produced by Josh Bowen, creative director, Look Mom! Productions. Lee Porter served as supervising producer and voice director.

Season one is directed by Lou Solis, known for his work on Ugly Americans, Moonbeam City and the Secret Path, while season two is directed by Josh O’Keefe, the creator of Doomlands.
