‘Top Chef’ producer Magical Elves hires Batterie Pictures founder
Magical Elves, the Tinopolis-owned firm behind Bravo’s Top Chef and Netflix’s Nailed It!, has hired Batterie Pictures founder Noah Livingston as SVP of development.
He will join the team developing competition formats across multiple genres, docuseries, and premium documentaries, reporting to EVP of development, Dan Goldsack, who joined the firm in April last year, and co-CEOs Jo Sharon and Casey Kriley.
Livingston joins Magical Elves from Batterie Pictures, which he founded 20 years ago and where he has independently developed entertainment formats for networks and streamers including NBC, E!, FOX and The History Channel.
He recently served as executive producer on History’s Greatest Heists With Pierce Brosnan for The History Channel and has previously worked for Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment and Fremantle, and collaborated with FOX, NBC, ABC, and CBS.
“With a decade of experience creating bold entertainment formats and generating original IP, Noah will play a crucial role on our development team,” said Magical Elves co-CEOs Jo Sharon and Casey Kriley.
