TikTok, Roku, Banijay, Sky Studios and STARZPLAY are among companies preparing to take part at The Media & Entertainment Leaders Summit, which takes place on Wednesday, 16 November.
The event, which is being produced by Informa’s TBI, DTVE and analyst division Omdia, is taking place at Church House Westminster and will provide an unprecedented opportunity to discover and share key learnings from those who are defining the future of content creation and distribution.
STARZPLAY CEO Maaz Sheikh has been unveiled as the Keynote Speaker and will talk the audience through the journey of how his platform became one of the biggest regional streaming players.
The CEO will discuss how the company used a unique content strategy, which includes live sports, premium programming, third-party channels and advertising, to secure subscribers and maintain extensive growth.
Sheikh will be joined by other confirmed speakers including TikTok’s head of global IP rights Yannis Ioannidi, Banijay UK CEO Patrick Holland, Sky Studios COO Caroline Cooper, Paramount’s VP of partnerships & business development Akhila Khanna, ITV’s chief product officer Deep Bagchee, and many more.
The event has been timed to coincide with the industry’s two premier celebrations of achievement over the course of the past year – the Content Innovation Awards and the VideoTech Innovation Awards – the Media & Entertainment Leaders Summit.
