All3Media rolls Filmpool Fiction into new German scripted arm to be led by ex-Red Arrow Int’l MD

All3Media is rolling Tatort producer Filmpool Fiction into a new German scripted division to be led by former Red Arrow International MD, Irina Ignatiew-Lemke.

All3Media Deutschland Fiction will be based in Berlin, with offices in Cologne and Munich, and will see Filmpool Fiction – producer of Polizeiruf 110 and Kommissar Dupin – become part of the new German drama business.

Ignatiew-Lemke becomes MD of All3Media Deutschland Fiction, while Iris Kiefer continues as MD of Filmpool Fiction.

Taco Rijssemus, All3Media Deutschland’s CEO, said the launch came amid “huge demand globally” for German drama, adding that there is “a fantastic opportunity for us to significantly expand our drama production across different platforms.”

“We firmly believe in the international appeal of German drama and look forward to working alongside other companies within the All3Media Group.”

Ignatiew-Lemke, who will build the All3Media Deutschland Fiction team over the coming months, added: “We want to become a ‘creative hub’ and a partner for talented writers, directors and producers, working together to develop and create entertaining, socially relevant and internationally attractive content.”

Ignatiew-Lemke founded Boxworks in 2017 and has worked with companies including Deutsche Telekom on the development and content strategy of Magenta TV. She was also executive producer on Wild Republic and before that led Red Arrow International.
