Hulu serves up more food with All3’s ‘Baker’s Dozen’ competition format
Disney-owned streamer Hulu has ordered another food-related show, this time a baking competition format from All3Media-owned Bright Spot Content.
Baker’s Dozen follows a group of 13 amateur baking enthusiasts who go head-to-head with professionals as they attempt to impress a judging panel.
The 8 x 60-minute show is being hosted by Tamera Mowry-Housley and former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, who will help determine who wins the ‘golden rolling pin’ and takes home a cash prize.
The series is being executive produced by Sandy Varo Jarrell, Suzanne Rauscher, Justin Rae Barnes and Tara Seiner for Bright Spot Content, which is parti of All3’s America division.
Hulu has been a frequent buyer of food-related series, with other shows on the slate including Taste The Nation and upcoming The Next Thing You Eat, from David Chang.
