All3Media America appoints Kelsey Boxser as chief people officer

All3Media America has appointed Kelsey Boxser as chief people officer – a role that will see her lead people-first corporate culture initiatives for independent production.

Boxser, who is to report into CEO Tim Pastore, will oversee professional development and recruiting programmes that champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She will also implement additional best practices for the US business.

The exec is also set to spearhead career growth and development opportunities, including industry training and mentorship programmes.

Boxser most recently served as director of people and business operations at Pineapple Co, in addition to roles at Accenture-backed business management consultancy ?What If! Innovation, Deep Focus and Young & Rubicam.

All3Media America now spans 12 production companies – including Lion Television, Optomen Productions and Studio Ramsay – and one premium content development fund. The business has offices in Los Angeles and New York.
