TBI Masterclass prepares to launch with Sky’s Zai Bennett

TBI is preparing to kick off its new ‘Masterclass’ sessions with an in-depth interview with Zai Bennett, director of programmes for Sky.

Produced in association with Grand Scheme Media and set in our picturesque Blackfriars gallery, Zai is set to discuss commissioning strategies for Sky One and Sky Atlantic, plus new channels Sky Comedy and Sky Crime, as well as briefing on his requirements across genres including comedy, drama and entertainment.

He will also discuss working with (and without) Sky Studios, the future of HBO and Showtime content on a Comcast-backed Sky and reflect on recent successes such as the making of hit show Chernobyl.

TBI Masterclass is a new series of intimate sit-down conversations with top commissioners and execs. It will deliver detailed corporate strategy, commissioning briefs and broader market views from a single individual – presenting the nuanced insights on screen that can be difficult to glean from busy conferences.
