ITV’s High Noon promotes five
US unscripted prodco High Noon has upped a raft of its execs.
The ITV-owned prodco, which makes long-running TLC series Cake Boss, has promoted Scott Feeley to senior VP, programming and development, and Jon Khoshafian to vice president, creative and business affairs.
Feeley now oversees both development and current programming, with a mandate to work up new character based unscripted shows, and to run the development team.
Before joining High Noon, he was at Pilgrim Films, and showrunning Discovery hit American Chopper.
He will exec produce all High Noon series that go into production, alongside company CEO Jim Berger.
“It’s not uncommon to find Scott editing a pilot himself to achieve the perfect voice,” Berger said. “His experience as a producer, writer and editor ideally positions Scott to overlook all creative.”
Khoshafian, meanwhile, takes on an expanded role.
He will lead the Los Angeles office development team, working closely alongside Denver-based vice president of development Katie Neff.
In other changes, Julia Plant, Mary-Catherine Parent and Abby Spudich are all elevated to development manager.
UK broadcaster ITV bought into High Noon in May 2013, adding it to its stable of US unscripted prodcos.
