NBCU boss Burke headlines RTS London
NBCUniversal boss Steve Burke will headline the Royal Television Society’s annual London conference later this year.
Burke will tell delegates about NBCUniversal’s plans to take advantage of shifts in the content landscape and share his expectations for the future of the industry.
“We are delighted to welcome Steve Burke as our opening keynote,” said Theresa Wise, CEO of the Royal Television Society. “He is one of the most important global media leaders of the time, whose company is at the vanguard of so much exciting innovation and changing market dynamics.”
NBCUniversal is sponsoring the RTS London Conference 2016, and international chief Kevin MacLellan will chair the event.
The RTS is a UK-registered charity and other speakers at this year’s RTS London Conference 2016 include Channel 4 chief David Abraham, ITV chairman Sir Peter Bazalgette, and TalkTalk and RTS chief Dido Harding.
The event takes place in London on Tuesday, 27 September.
