WWE orders reality show from Lionsgate

Over the top wrestling channel WWE Network has ordered Holey Poley, a new reality series that will be produced by Lionsgate Television.

The series will follow WWE Hall of Fame star Mick Foley and his family.

The 10x30mins show will be made by Lionsgate and Trooper Entertainment, the prodco run by reality producer Dave Caplan.

“I am excited to give fans a behind-the-scenes look into the Foley family life,” said Foley. “Holy Poley will be filled with surprises, lots of drama and moments that will make you laugh out loud.”

“It’s an honor to be working with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, and I’m very happy to be collaborating with WWE on this series,” said executive producer Caplan.

“As a leader in supplying premium content to digital platforms, we are very pleased to once again partner with WWE and bring this fun family series to WWE Network,” added Jennifer O’Connell, executive VP, alternative programming, Lionsgate Television.  “Holy Poley is an exciting way to give the WWE Universe a unique behind-the-scenes look into the Foley family.”
