Vet on the Hill travels for WTFN
Channel 4 has picked up factual entertainment series Vet on the Hill for its More 4 service.
The show is made by Australian prodco WTFN (Bondi Vet) out of the UK, and is distributed by the firm’s sales arm, Fred Media. It is WTFN’s first UK-made show as the prodco expands activity out its new WFTN Europe base in London.
Vet on the Hill follows the day-to-day life of Dr. Scott Miller, an Australian-trained, London-based, vet.
It has been widely picked up with deals in place with Nine Network in Australia, SIC in Portugal, PCCW in Hong Kong and Casa TV in Canada.
WTFN’s sales arm, Fred, brokered all of the sales.
Daryl Talbot, CEO of WTFN Entertainment, said: “We’re delighted that Vet on the Hill is going to premiere on More4. International expansion is a key priority for WTFN as we continue to grow the business, and the UK is a hugely important market for us.
“Scott is a great talent and we’re sure that UK and international audiences are going to love the show.”
The show debuts in the UK in March.
