Cohan, Perezagua join Spanish MCN board

Spanish-language MCN 2btube has named former Fox Europe and Africa president Jesus Perezagua and A+E Networks international vice-president Sean Cohan (pictured) as board members.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises managing director Punit Goenka has also joined the board.

Perezagua is currently based in Tokyo, advising Fox International Channels Asia, having left FIC just over a year ago.

2btune focuses on Spanish language creators worldwide and on the production of Spanish language content and formats for millennials. The company has studio facilities in Madrid and offices and Miami, and plans to open an office in Mexico City soon.

“Each of our new board members has a specific expertise and regional network they bring to 2btube. Having these recognized professionals as members of our board will contribute significant value to our long term success,” said 2btube executive chairman Bastian Mainintveld.
