Australian order for I’m A Celebrity…
Australian free-to-air broadcaster Network Ten has ordered a local version of reality competition show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
In the Australian version of the format, a group of celebrities will be dropped into the African jungle and then live together, facing challenges and evictions.
The show started out on ITV (UK version, pictured) in the UK and is distributed by ITV Studios Global Entertainment. ITV Studios Australia will make the show and struck the deal with Ten.
Network Ten chief programming officer, Beverley McGarvey, said: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is a big, noisy and spectacular show for all the family and an incredible live reality television event. It will be a massive production, set in an amazing location in Africa.”
