News brief: BBC Worldwide seals Thai deals
BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the UK public broadcaster, has sold a package of natural history titles to Thai Public Broadcasting Service.
Thai PBS, the Thai free-to-air broadcaster, has picked up titles including two seasons of David Attenborough’s Natural Curiosities, Hidden Kingdoms (pictured) and Tarsier Tails.
In a separate Thai deal, Worldwide has sold several series to local content aggregator STG Mediaplex. It has taken shows including Human Planet as well as the UK and South Korean versions of motoring series Top Gear.
